As his daughter, I grew up surrounded by the aromas, colors, and flavors of our kitchen. But I also grew up in a new generation, one that values inclusivity and evolving food culture. My generation started to care deeply about plant-based dining and dietary flexibility, so I worked hard to ensure our menu reflected that. After months of experimenting, we perfected our vegan lassi in rose and pistachio flavors, and expanded our vegan and vegetarian curries without compromising on authenticity or taste.
