A Family Gathering That Says It All

Last night was more than a birthday. My cousin, who will soon be welcoming guests at the front of our restaurant, celebrated here surrounded by family. Both my moms, my mom and my second mom whose recipes inspire some of our dishes, came together with the rest of our family for dinner.

It turned into the biggest sit-down gathering we have ever had inside Curry in a Hurry New Generation. The room was filled with laughter, conversation, and plates of food being passed around the table. It was a simple celebration, but it showed exactly what we want to bring to this community.

For me, Curry in a Hurry New Generation is about carrying tradition forward in a way that feels fresh and welcoming. As the new generation, I want to create a space where people can share meals that taste like home, connect across the table, and feel like family the moment they walk in.
